How long does a delivery take?
Have you just sent an order and now want to know exactly how long it will take for the package to arrive?
Depending on the availability of the respective goods from our suppliers, the material reaches us within a week.
We then immediately begin the finishing process (printing, embroidery, laser engraving, etc.) and can usually deliver within another week.

If an order is time-critical, please let us know in the order notes so that we can prioritize the date.

Individual production takes some time. As soon as we can send the package, we will be happy to send you the tracking code.

Which parcel services are used for shipping?
We send goods up to 5kg via Swiss Post. We entrust larger/heavier packages or international shipments to UPS.

Did something go wrong?
If you notice any errors or defects in a product, please inform us as soon as possible by email (click on the link ) with a description of the error/defect and relevant photos. We will then get back to you asap with a solution.

Exchange and return
Individualized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if there is obvious damage, we can provide a replacement. The prerequisite for this is that the item has not been worn except for a fitting, has never been washed and is in perfect condition. We cannot replace damage caused by wear, soiling, etc. Please also make sure that no labels have been removed.

Is there anything I need to pay attention to when washing?
This is how your printed or embroidered textile stays beautiful for as long as possible:

- Wash up to max 40°C unless heavily soiled,
The label gives you good information about the maximum washing temperature

The colors look different than on the screen when ordering
Not all screens and monitors display colors the same. Therefore, the image reproduction on a cell phone, PC, laptop, etc. is not color-binding and may differ from the original!

Payment does not work
If there is a problem during check-out, there may be the following reasons:

- there is not enough credit in the Paypal account
- Problems with the credit card
- sometimes banks also block payments to protect their customers
One solution would be to talk to your bank. Alternatively, you can try a different browser to rule out an error there.

Can I offer WEiTSICHT products as a reseller in my shop?
Of course, you can add our products to your range as a reseller. Please contact us and you will receive all the information for resellers.

Where do I redeem discount codes?
In the checkout process there is a field labeled "Discount Code" enter the code here and your discount or voucher will be automatically deducted from the order amount.

My image data is insufficient or I would like to have an idea designed first.
Simply send us an email with your ideas. We will then be happy to create an individual offer for the implementation or enhancement of your data.

The presented product cannot be found in the shop
No problem. Our shop is constantly being updated and we have a much larger range than our shop shows.
Just ask us by email or phone. We will be happy to advise you and find the right textile or giveaway for you.
