Our organic Guayusa tea DARK is a unique variant of our PURE variety. We let the fresh Guayusa leaves dry for a much longer time than with PURE.

This causes the leaves to oxidize and ferment. Similar to black tea, the leaves turn dark, but unlike black tea, our organic Guayusa tea becomes sweeter, fruitier and even slightly caramel in taste. The earthy, grassy note of PURE diminishes.
